At our last meeting we created the beginning of our action plan to organize to win health and safety fixes for our schools.

• Goal 1 (Nov/Dec): Identify common issues and key schools to focus our organizing around. We will focus our work using an equity lens: who has had less attention, whose issues are most dire?

• Goal 2 (Jan/Feb): Select and begin to work with schools wishing to organize around their particular issue.

We then created a survey and drafted an email to Janeese Lewis George's Office to see if we can work together to elevate issues in schools that they have already identified.
