- SBOE Public Hearing - Sign up be emailing sboe@dc.gov and giving them your name and saying you are interested in signing up to testify. Deadline to sign up is Monday, November 15th. Hearing is Wednesday November 17th likely around 7PM. You can testify on any issue you want - health and safety, over testing, substitute teachers, IMPACT, you name it, you can talk about it.
